Functions and Features
- The hysteresis loop (M-H) can be tested, and the parameters such as coercivity, residual magnetization and saturation magnetic moment can be obtained;
- Can test the magnetic moment temperature curve (M-T), with the low temperature option can get the superconducting transition temperature, with the high temperature option can get the Curie temperature point;
- System comes standard with a vibrating head with 360 ° continuous electric rotation, and the sample is in the center of the acquisition coil and magnetic field during continuous rotation. Compared with VSM in the form of superconducting magnet,is more convenient for the study of anisotropy;
- Specially designed electromagnet magnetic field gap adjustment method to ensure that the sample rod no longer needs to adjust the center in the left and right directions; Extremely precise mechanical devices ensure that the sample rod is at the center of the front and rear directions of the collection coil every time; The new concept of electric lifting system can automatically complete the adjustment of the sample center position in the up and down direction; The above three aspects of design can greatly improve the accuracy and repeatability of the test;
- Test speed has been revolutionarily accelerated, and the magnetic moment, magnetic field and temperature values can be continuously collected at intervals of 10ms to ensure that users can capture any details of rapid changes in the test process. The change rate of electromagnet magnetic field is as high as 5000 Oe/s, which is a rate that superconducting magnets cannot have. At this high-speed magnetic field change rate and high-speed data acquisition rate, a hysteresis loop can be obtained in 14s;
- Introduces a high-precision laser displacement sensor, which can distinguish the amplitude change of 1 micron, and forms a closed-loop control with a special customized sample vibration drive system, which can achieve a stability of 5/10000 for a long time (24 hours) of 10mm amplitude;
- The option replacement and alignment device with comprehensive design to ensure that the sample vibrates up and down perpendicular to the ground without "hitting the wall" when using all options. Vector magnetic moment test is also supported for high and low temperature options;
- Magnetic moment signal acquisition coil and gauss meter probe are integrated, occupying less space, more convenient installation, and more reliable cables;
- Has a patented appearance design, the ease of operation of replacing samples with one hand, and the human-computer interaction interface of one-key software testing.
